Tutorial - Employee Maintenance - Vacation and Sick Time
To modify/view the Vacation and Sick time for an employee, you must be in Employee Maintenance for the employee in question.
From the employee maintenance window, click on Vac/Sick Time. This is where you maintain these totals.
In this window, you can enter the amount of vacation and sick time this employee has available. This is a manual process, and here as a reference when dealing with employees who are asking for time off. You can type these numbers in manually, or use the increase/descrease arrows next to each entry. When you are done modifying these values, click Save & Exit. If you do not wish to make changes, click on Cancel.
